Dr. Firdose Kouser is a Consultant at Sharp Sight Eye Hospitals. She completed her MBBS and MS Ophthalmology at GMC Jammu, and subsequent subspeciality training in comprehensive, IOL and Medical Retina at Shroff Charity Eye Hospital, New Delhi. Her clinical practice focuses on cataract surgery including phacoemulsification with wide range of premium monofocal, multifocal and toric IOLs customised to each individual’s needs and demands. Alongside managing complex cataract cases, ocular trauma and pterygium surgeries. Dr. Firdose is also involved in the diagnostic evaluation and management of retinal and glaucoma disorders with the aim of providing the best visual care and comfort to the patients. She has an active interest in academics and research with multiple publications and presentations in national conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
