What details do I need to provide to the patient coordinator while seeking an appointment?

When fixing a medical appointment, you are requested to provide us with the following details: Your name as it appears on the passport, current address, date of birth, a brief description of your medical problem along with the scanned reports of your pre-existing eye ailment and treatment history (if any). Also, inform us of your preferred day of the appointment.

Do you provide visa invitation letter?

Yes, we do provide a visa invitation letter but only after receiving the passport details of the patient to help them in obtaining the medical visa.

What are the different modes of payment?

Payment for the treatment can be made either in cash or through credit card at the time of admission. Our in-house staff can assist you in foreign currency exchange through authorized counters only.

Do you assist with airport transfers to international patients?
