Driven with the purpose of creating an organisation which can provide joys of vision to enhance the quality of life, Deepshikha is a healthcare professional with over 17 years’ experience in the eye care industry and has lead various projects under multiple portfolios, with a strong acumen and an eye for operational excellence in addition to revenue and profitability focus. She has been responsible for successfully creating brands and expanding a single hospital to a chain. Strategic Planning and unparalleled execution abilities have been key to her success.

Strategy

Prakash is a core team member at Sharp Sight with a rich experience of over 28 years in Ophthalmology. He was head of AMO prior to moving into the hospital space and has closely worked with leading eye care chains. He has expertise in establishing systems and processes, brand creation, brand management, organizational strategy, mergers and acquisitions and fundraising. He has been an integral part of Sharp Sight for the last 8 years.

Deepak is a core team member at Sharp Sight and has been associated with Sharp Sight for the last 8 years. He is responsible for the overall financial control of the organization and has expertise in fundraising, cost management and all financial compliances.
