Dr. Chanda Gupta

Dr. Chanda is a Vitreoretina Consultant at Sharp Sight Eye Hospitals. She has completed her MBBS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and Primary DNB Ophthalmology from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. She did her long term clinical and research fellowship in Vitreoretina & Uvea from Shroff Charity Eye Hospital, Delhi and short term observership in Vitreoretina from LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.

Previously she was associated with Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital and Research Centre, Gurgaon.

She has a keen interest in research and has many publications in indexed peer-reviewed national and international journals. She has presented many scientific papers and posters at various national and international conferences. She was awarded with the Best Poster Award at Retina Summit July 2016, Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai.

Areas of expertise & interest- Diabetic retinopathy doctor in Delhi, Age-related macular degeneration, Macular disorders, Retinal vein occlusions, Retinal Detachment and Micro-incision vitreoretinal surgery.
