Dr. Sourav Bhattacharyya

Dr. Sourav Bhattacharyya is a Consultant with Sharp Sight Eye Hospitals. He has completed his MBBS from NRS Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata & DNB from Susrut Eye Foundation & Research Centre. He also underwent a short training in retinal diseases, their treatment including retinal lasers from Sankara Nethralaya, Kolkata. He was also trained in advanced cataract surgery using topical phacoemulsification techniques in the prestigious Chandraprabha Eye Hospital, Jorhat. His interest areas are diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma awareness and their management including patient education. He also has a keen interest in academics with numerous publications and presentations in various National and International forums.
